In today’s video I discuss a very important topic – how to raise your vibration, and the keys to raising your vibration instantly. A lot of people are asking this question about how to raise your vibration instantly, so I wanted to break down 5 techniques that you can use so that you can immediately uplift your energy and your vibrational frequency.
You know, there’s a lot of talk about fear. There’s a lot of talk about a lot of things going on in the world, and there’s a lot of people just trying to feel good right now, trying to get their vibration up their energy up. So in this video, I want to share with you five weird hacks to raise your vibration, to uplift your frequency very quickly.
Okay. So the first hack, the first shift that I made is I stopped consuming the news, whether it’s on my phone, reading through Twitter, trending looking at news clips on the internet. I don’t have cable, but looking at news clips through the internet, I realized there is a certain point at which it’s information overload. It becomes useless and you fit into the agenda of the media, which is to get you to feel bad enough that you get addicted to that feeling.
Cause they’ve done all these psychological studies and they know advertisers have spent billions of dollars discovering that people are addicted to fear, anxiety, stress, and negativity and drama. And so they know that it’s a psychological fact. And so everything’s designed that way. That’s why the clickbait on the internet it’s designed that way. They know it’s for a fact. And so they set everything up like that. And so after a while, it just subconsciously gets to an overload and we think I need to stay informed. I need to stay informed. And there’s a point at which it becomes information overload. So what about this? What if instead, you shut it off, shut the cable off. You did a media detox where you stopped consuming the news or reading online articles, and then just watch what happens to your vibration. It’s like, Oh my gosh, there’s still is a lot of good things in the world.

Oh my gosh, I still did wake up today and life is good. Oh my gosh, this place still is beautiful. And there still are a lot of fantastic people in the world. And it’s just kind of easy to forget that. What if, instead of trying to discover every news, every news piece or every updated piece, you focused on uplifting your vibration, that would definitely help the planet and us create world peace and us to create more happiness and more unity. And it would certainly help raise your vibration. Step. Number two, I started yodeling Yoda like woo. I’m just joking. Step number two is that I got off social media. I don’t consider YouTube social media, but I have limited the amount of content that I’m consuming. And I’m only consuming stuff that immediately makes me feel good. And I got off Instagram and deleted Instagram, um, and actually forgot what my password is too.
So I got to do a password reset to even get back on. I blocked my Facebook newsfeed. There’s an app. If you Google fit block Facebook newsfeed, there’s an app you can install and it makes it so you can’t see your Facebook newsfeed and it replaces it with a different inspirational quote every time you log on. Um, but I haven’t even been going on. And then I stopped going on Twitter, man, that made me feel good, man. I had a lot of extra time. It’s amazing how just spending an extra 30 minutes on the, on the phone or on the computer, staring at the screen. It’s amazing how after a while, that really just starts to SAP your vibration and SAP your energy. So, so maybe consider doing a social media detox for a little while.
