And so I was driving on a freeway, a lot of wind. Okay. Don’t say anything bad about me. So what’s the most powerful affirmation in the world. Think about it. What’s some of those things that you want money job. So may you want to be a big influencer for world peace? You have this idea or dream you’ve always wanted to do. Maybe you got a goal list. Maybe you just want to feel better. There’s one thing that you can say, and no, it’s not please. And no, it’s not. Thank you. What is it? God, just tell me Jake, tell me. Okay. So I learned this when I traveled through the Himalayas and I met the greatest guru who ever lived and he gave me a mantra. That part didn’t happen, but here’s the mantra.
It’s like, you see that one attractive person. And you’re like, Oh, should I go talk to them while I didn’t brush my teeth this morning? My breath might smell. Hair’s kinda crazy. Um, I might even have something in my teeth. And what if they say no in front of all these people? And then I look like a crazy person and I’m a girl, I’m a woman. And so the man’s supposed to come up with me, come up to me. So I’m going to wait and see if he comes to talk to me. And then you’re the man you’re like with your friends. And you’re like, well, what if my friends think I’m a loser? Cause I go and ask her for her phone number. And then it just like goes on and on. And then it’s like, well, you have this great idea and you want to move to this one city or you have this awesome invention that you want to do.
Or this business idea. You want to go, uh, inspire world peace, all across humanity. You want to get in better shape. Literally all of it is one step away. Here’s the way the universe works. It will give you anything that you want if you show up. But most people don’t show up because they’re waiting for a miracle, but then the miracle doesn’t come because they don’t show up and they go, look, I guess it’s not meant to be. I think this is a sign from the universe because I’m not getting any synchronicities nothing’s showing up in my life yet. So I guess it just isn’t meant to be no, no, no, no, no. You’re supposed to go like this.
take a deep breath and go do that thing. That thing that makes you feel maybe a little bit uncomfortable. And what happens is when you show up, that’s when the universe conspires on your behalf. I remember when I dropped out of college and I decided I was going to backpack around the world and I was going to write a book about it. I got spiritual book into the wind, my six month journey wandering the world for life’s purpose. All my friends said I was crazy. My mom thought I was insane. Most people thought I was turned into a nut job and I had a psychotic break and they said I was ruining my life and throwing my life away. And why would you do this? Why would you leave studying business and economics here and go traveler on the road, read a spiritual book. By the way, Jake, you don’t know how to write.
You’re a college dropout. You failed junior English class in high school. Come on, buddy. By the way you had add and ADHD in high school and you were prescribed Adderall and you can’t concentrate and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, I’m just going to go for it. I’m just going to go for it. I’m just going to say I want something bad enough. And I believe that if I want something bad enough and I show up for it, I believe that the universe will conspire on my behalf and bring the money or bring the resources or bring the connections were dot all the, all the I’s and cross the T’s for me to accomplish something in life, whatever it is, whether it’s world peace or it’s career financial or love or happiness or friendship or mentors or, or resources or the right ideas or the knowhow and strategy, it will show up for you. I promise it will, but you’ve just got to say this.
